Lost or Stolen Packages

Sometimes your order may appear stuck in transit with no update from the US Postal Service tracking. In this case, please contact your local post office as they will have more up to date information than we do. We can only see what is on the public USPS.com website. Your local post office will have access to more detailed information on where the package is, especially if is "lost" somewhere in your city or state.
